Our Ramsey office is located about 5 miles from Ho-Ho-Kus Post Office. Just follow Franklin Turnpike towards Ramsey, then go onto Main Street and  head down through the center of town. We are located on North Central Ave across from the Ramsey Police Station.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Chris. I’ve been going to chiropractors for over 30 years and his work is by far the best that I’ve experienced. I feel not only a million times better after receiving his care, but also so much more knowledgeable about how I can continue to improve my issues on my own. It’s chiropractic care and physical therapy at its best. Completely recommend with no questions.

Dr. Mike Ingui is awesome. Can’t say enough good things about him. I had gone to him a couple years back for an upper hamstring injury that no one else could seem to help me with (PT’s, Ortho’s, etc.) but he kept at it until we found a treatment plan that worked. I’m now back with him dealing with a back and shoulder injury, and couldn’t be happier with the progress.

My family has been coming here for several years. All of the doctors are great. They get to know you and focus on your needs. They have truly helped us feel better. Recently, our son has started football and has increased his visits to help manage soreness and mobility to increase his performance. He feels better every time and I have seen it translate to his athletic growth. We are so thankful for everyone at Performance Health!

Dr. Mike is absolutely fantastic. Ever since I started going to him, my back has never felt better. I used to throw out my back or tweak something in my back 6-12 times a year, and I haven’t had any issues with my back since becoming a patient at Performance Health in Ramsey. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike and his team to anybody, especially those who have back issues!
